Payment Internship- Global Payments India

Flywire is seeking motivated and experienced interns within Global Payments India to support our

Education Loan Bank relationships in the Indian market. It is a critical internship role for enhancing and

optimizing Flywire's payment capabilities, with an emphasis on managing relationships at multiple levels

within large corporate banking structures

Period:4 months

Start Date:10th-15th of Nov 24

Based on performance there could be PPO

Key responsibilities:

Liaison with bank branches and regional offices to drive the payments, ensuring timely and

successful execution of student loan payments

Manage and grow relationships with key banking partners across their functional teams

Act as the primary point of contact for banking relationships, navigating through layers of bank

hierarchy, including branches, regional offices, and head offices

Optimize completion rates and identify process enhancement opportunities to meet target

volumes

Collaborate closely within Flywire's Global Payments Team to suggest improvements in overall

flow of payments

Identify any process gaps and potential risks and report the same internally

Bring qualitative and quantitative feedback for informed decision-making and strategy adjustment

Support Flywire's expansion efforts in India, helping to grow the company's presence and

payment capabilities in the education loans segment.

Our ideal candidate is/has:

Fluency in English, Hindi. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory

CGPAof8+consistently. 90%+ in class 10,12,Graduation. Specialization in marketing/finance

Adept at navigating relationships across multiple layers of hierarchy in organizations, including

branch-level and regional offices

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up meticulously to ensure successful payment

completion

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Apps and data analysis tools (desired
