Description:
ISIEINDIA is looking for a resilient, emphatic business development Intern to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:B2C
Highlighting the benefits of Specific Programs, and Courses in order to attract students.
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Helping students choose courses and programs that will help them get into their chosen careers after graduation.
Assisting students in Universities, Institutes and Colleges to help them select and get into programs and Courses.
Staying current with programs, majors, and courses, and developments in the course curriculum.
Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields, and obtain funding.
Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
Helping the working professionals to choose the courses and programs to get into their desired career.
Generate new leads using email marketing, cold calling, and other relevant marketing channels to meet the salestarget.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Key Responsibilities: B2B
1. Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the education sector, including but notlimited to, colleges, universities, and corporate training institutions.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influences in target organizations.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
6. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform's products and services to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
7. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
8. Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in educational technology.
9. Ability to collaborate with Industries and Educational Institutions to establish EV related COEs
Key Skills and Minimum Qualification:
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Professional yet affable disposition.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
