Job Description

We are seeking candidates for the position at PyjamaHR.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and ensure high customer retention rates.
  • Facilitate product training sessions for new clients and streamline the onboarding process.
  • Effectively address customer needs and issues, and liaise with senior management to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies and best practices.
  • Promote premium and customized plans to existing customers to drive upselling.
  • Provide valuable insights to the product team for continuous enhancement of platform features and functionality.
  • Proactively engage with clients, gather feedback, and implement improvements to elevate overall customer experience.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS products is preferred.
  • Background in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Technical curiosity or experience and a willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage and educate executive decision-makers while nurturing strong relationships with them.

Internship Stipend: 10,000-15,000/-
