Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role at CXfirst.ai in Udaipur. The Sales Intern will be responsible for mining business data, identifying the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), communicating with customers, Pitching B2B SaaS platform + Offshore Tech Led BPM offerings, conducting sales activities, and supporting sales management initiatives. You will be getting exposure to build on targets, reach out to the customers, get them to a meeting, do the product demo, get the customer to agree for the meeting, with valid product/services interest.

Skills

• Pursuing BBA/MBA from tier-1 / tier-2 College not earlier than 2023
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Good on tech led product understanding
• Training abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in the customer experience industry
• Flexibility for the time shift - ME/US time zones
