The Sales Intern will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with insurance providers and loan DSAs. This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive business growth through effective partnerships.
Partnership Development
:- Identify and target potential insurance companies and loan DSAs for partnership opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance and loan sectors.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that align with company objectives.
Sales and Business Development
:- Promote company products and services to potential partners.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to showcase the benefits of partnership.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and partnership goals.
Market Research and Analysis
:- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Gather insights on partner needs and preferences to tailor proposals and solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.- Monitor partnership performance and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon services and support.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and progress.
Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales metrics, and market insights for management.Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
