Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and corporate offices to identify potential leads and establish connections.
- Plan and manage daily schedules for engaging with current and prospective clients.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's services to effectively convey their value to clients.
- Achieve sales goals and targets within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Evaluate market opportunities, monitor sales performance, and prepare sales summaries.
- Provide management with valuable insights into customer needs, challenges, interests, market competition, and opportunities for new services.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in HR recruitment and training.
- Embrace continuous learning and improvement through constructive feedback mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in HR recruitment or training services, is advantageous.
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH TRAVELLING AS THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
- Strong drive and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
- Effective time management, organizational abilities, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to create and deliver customized presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to receive and apply feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
