We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales/Business Development expert specializing in System Integration solutions. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge system integration services.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively articulate the value proposition of our System Integration solutions to potential clients.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on system integration strategies, architecture, and implementation to meet client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the system integration space.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Key Skills:

  • System Integration Expertise: In-depth knowledge of system integration concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Technical Consultation: Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients and propose effective system integration solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client presentations and proposal development.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Above 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the IT or system integration industry.

Proven track record of successful sales and revenue generation.
