Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented, team spirit driven and strategically astute Head- Sales and Marketing ESSENTIALLY FROM STOCK BROKING INDUSTRY BACKGROUND , who will collaborate with our sales and marketing team in all stages of sales campaigns. He shall be contributing in developing, expanding and maintaining our sales channels.
Responsibilities: Selected BDM's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1 Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and pricing to all the clients majorly including the Corporate clients and High Net worth Customers.
2 Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
3 Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements and also provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
4 Continuously identify and exploit cross selling opportunities that embed Indira and its products with customer needs.
5 Establish quality profitearning customer relationship within the target market while doing Customer wise Annual Profit Analysis.
6 Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
7 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
8 Plan and conduct special sales initiatives , product exhibitions and events for prospective and existing clients.
9 Looking for new sales opportunities and thus, devising and presenting ideas and strategies
10 Conducting research and analyzing data and the latest products and regulations to identify and define audiences.
11 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Requisite Skills:
1. Should possess strong business abilities, strategic business planning and team development skills.
2. Should be able to take initiatives, and should possess excellent communication (Strong command over English Language) and leadership skills.
3. Should have a know-how about stock market preferably having 3-4 years of experience in selling, or self trading in cash, derivativeand commodity segment products.
Education: Graduate / MBA with 5-8 years experience in financial services
