Objective: - The Site Head (Sales) is responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations for a project. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Site Head plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for the project.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales Management:-
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Seeks out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company.
- Develop and manage a network of channel partners, brand ambassadors and referrals clients and property developers, to generate new business and increase customer loyalty.
- Set-up and implement optimal systems and processes to improve efficiency of department and to provide necessary checks & controls
2. Customer Relationship Management:-
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Team Leadership: -
- Recruit, train and mentor sales staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Marketing and promotions:-
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Constant market research including market & competitor analysis to keep up to date with trends.
5. Project Management:-
- Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure timely project completions and stay abreast with project development stages.
6. Reporting and documentation:-
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentations.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
