The Sales Head will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals, selling & buying properties in Goa and near by states , driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Selling and Buying the properties , Land acquisition etc.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to drive performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute campaigns to drive sales
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 3-11 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
