Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to oversee our operations in the North Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Event Industry, with a proven track record in client servicing, corporate events, seminars, and excellent communication skills. This role requires leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team, as well as proficiency in creating and delivering effective proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base in the North Region.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market presence.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, including pricing and terms, that meet client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Manage and monitor sales performance metrics, reporting on key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, both internal and external.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Head or similar leadership role within the Event Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of client servicing, corporate events, seminars, and related services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
