Experience:
8+ Years of experience in sales of solar products.
As the North India Sales Head for Solar Products, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and achieving sales targets for solar inverters and panels in the North India region.
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.- Frequent visits to customers to cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Willingness to travel extensively within the North India region as required.
