Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head - Hair Transplant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of telecallers, counseling patients, increasing clinic footfall, and converting leads into successful hair transplant procedures. The Sales Head will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 2-3 telecallers who handle incoming patient inquiries for hair transplants.

Counsel potential patients about hair transplant procedures, addressing their concerns and providing detailed information to guide their decision-making.

Increase clinic footfall by effectively converting leads into consultations and hair transplant procedures.

Follow up with patients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Work on a target basis, tracking the number of leads, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the clinic's hair transplant goals.

Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and sales activities.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in hair transplant techniques.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the hair transplant industry.

Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Experience:

Extensive experience in the hair transplant industry.

Familiarity with the latest hair transplant techniques and patient care standards.
