Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to join at our client place based at Ahmedabad, Gujrat. As an RSM - Gujarat (FMCG), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the Gujarat region, specifically in the FMCG sector. This is a full-time position based in Gujarat with a competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals in the FMCG sector
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to maximize sales performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
- Forecast sales targets and ensure sales objectives are met
- Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights
- Willingness to travel within the Gujarat region
