Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our school franchise network in Bangalore/Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by attracting new franchisees, managing end-to-end franchise development, and overseeing all aspects of franchise setup, from site selection to vendor management. This role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, sales acumen, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
- Build relationships with prospective franchise owners, guiding them through the entire process of joining our network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition and growth.
- Business Growth Strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise sales and brand growth in the region.
- Analyze market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and stay updated on competitors activities.
Site Selection & Feasibility Analysis:
- Conduct thorough site assessments, including market research, demographic analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
- Evaluate potential locations based on the school brand's standards and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee negotiations for lease agreements and other site-specific requirements.
Vendor Management & Setup Coordination:
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors needed for school setup.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of services, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that all franchise locations adhere to the company's quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Operational Support:
- Provide guidance to new franchisees in their setup process, from pre-opening to launch.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and operational readiness of new franchise locations.
- Conduct regular audits of new franchise locations to maintain compliance with brand standards.
