Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and create sales plans to increase revenue and appointment of potential distributors
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Build strong relationships with external partners and consumers by attending sales workshops, and seminars, hosting events, hosting sales events for the business's product, and playing an active role in industry organizations.
Improve customer satisfaction level by meeting commitments on sales, delivery, account management, and service standards.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients and knowledge of product lines (such as pesticides, seeds, and commodities like cement and paint) and develop new business opportunities.
Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Must be ready to travel to Pan India for 10 to 15 days in a month for business purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bsc/ Msc Agriculture.
Work experience of more than 6-15 years in Sales and Marketing in theKhad/fertilizer/pesticides/seeds /allied agrochemical industry.
Prior experience in Khad/fertilizer/pesticides/seeds /allied agrochemical / FMCG industry is essential.
Candidate should have Pan India Experience in Sales and Marketing.
The candidate should be currently handling a Sales turnover of Rs. 20 to 25 cr/annually.
Exposure to field agriculture such as cropping season, pests, and disease management. - Familiar with product pricing methodology, product registration process, and export documentation procedures.
