Job Title: Sales Head (B2B Sales)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Salary Range: 60,000 70,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have
6-7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with proven expertise in
team handling and team building. While experience in the electrical field is preferred, candidates with B2B sales experience from other backgrounds are welcome. A strong attitude, relationship-building skills, and leadership capabilities are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to monitor progress, set targets, and provide guidance to team members.
- Identify and nurture potential leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product updates, pricing strategies, and service improvements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6-7 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in team handling and team building.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Background:
- Candidates with experience in the electrical industry will be given priority.
- However, candidates from other B2B industries with a strong sales background are also welcome.
