Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Build and manage a strong network of distributors and retailers across Delhi.
Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and mentorship.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with key accounts and secure profitable contracts.
Oversee sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Proven track record of success in FMCG industry with 7-10 years of experience.
Strong understanding of FMCG sales and distribution channels.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Target-oriented and results-driven with a focus on exceeding expectations.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Existing database of contacts within Delhi industry.
