Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Head will lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for our offset printing company. This role involves overseeing the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the printing industry, particularly in offset printing, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
Handle key accounts and ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Operations:
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the production and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports to monitor performance against targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support sales efforts.
Provide input on market needs and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Networking and Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and potential clients.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the printing industry, with a strong focus on offset printing.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
