This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Growth Representative [D2C/ B2B] at First Sight in Bengaluru. The Sales Growth Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth for D2C and B2B brands. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and collaboration.

• Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Strong understanding of D2C and B2B sales processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities
• Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and technologies is a plus
