Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales General Manager from a healthcare background to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales operations, and foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the healthcare sector.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in healthcare.

2. Sales Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team with healthcare expertise.

- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

4. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities in healthcare and partner with key stakeholders.

- Expand existing customer relationships in the healthcare sector.

5. Sales Operations:

- Manage sales processes, policies, and procedures specific to healthcare.

- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure sales activities comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines).

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop healthcare-specific solutions.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in healthcare.

3. Strong understanding of healthcare sales principles, processes, and best practices.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

6. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.

7. Proficiency in English, Marathi, Hindi and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with healthcare

2. Knowledge of healthcare market research and analytics.

3. Familiarity with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 360,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
