Work with Sales Team to define scope of development efforts.
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
Communicate with other resources and with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a good Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Experience in Salesforce.com with end to end implementation experience.
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions
Experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers
Good practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s- controls, batch Apex and scheduled Apex
Ability to create Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow Minimum 2- 4 projects direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing solutions for applications (including workflow)
Proven experience in SFDC implementations
Direct, hands- on experience with automated software management tools
In- depth experience with jQuery and/ or ExtJS a plus.
Experience with Agile development practices a plus.
Skills
Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, CustomerService, and/ or Marketing issues.
2+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
3+ years Java or C# development experience, and 3+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Solid knowledge of SOQL.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
Requires a bachelor s degree (preferably in Computer Science) and 4+ years of professional experience.
