The Salesforce Business Technology, Application Development team is seeking a talented and experienced Force.com developer to develop and enhance our internal technology solutions on the salesforce.com platform that support various mission-critical business processes.

Responsibilities:

You must have an excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products, such as the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force .com. As a Force.com developer, you must have a solid foundation programming in Java and demonstrate writing efficient and scalable Apex Code, Lightning and Visualforce code. You will be responsible for developing through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments. Your ability to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners, technical staff members, and cross functional teams will help you to design, develop, and configuring cutting edge Salesforce.com products. To be successful in this position, you must provide expertise on the Salesforce.com API's, profiles, and security model while maintaining and configuring development and test instances for our internal sandboxes. You will also be expected to provide detailed best practices and documentation for your applications to the IT Support organization.

This job requires that you be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess good oral and written documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code. You will also be asked to contribute ideas, provide feedback and collaborate on many projects within the team's portfolio that may be outside your domain expertise.

Skills -

• Should have Salesforce.com experience in Sales, Service cloud Development experience
• Experience on Salesforce configuration, and execute the unit testing to produce defect free software
• 4 years of Salesforce.com experience, and at least 3 years as developer in Force.com, Apex Code, Lightning and Visualforce Pages
• Develop lightning components and features with minimum 6 months - 1 year of Lightning Experience required.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com s SOQL and SOSL
• Design and develop the rest/ SOAP integrations
• Ensuring the test coverage and creating test methods.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales, CPQ, Services & community modules
• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications and integrations on the Salesforce.com platform
• Need to understand end to end implementation and Force.com applications and be able to dictate them to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of client application functionality and be able to self-teach on new processes
• Learn and master new technologies to meet the needs of any assignments; do whatever it takes to accomplish end goals
• Work hand in hand with Business Analysts and rest of team to research existing and/or new capabilities of the existing technologies
• Work both independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team structure and be able to lead by example
• 2+ years of experience programming HTML

• Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical
• Designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team.
• Should have very good technical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with database concepts and data modelling capabilities
• Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
• Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements
• Experience with database concepts and data modelling capabilities
• Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed

Good communication skills, and excellent cross-group communication and problem-solving skills.
