Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Facilitatorto join our team at the Chandigarh branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our channel partner network, and providing excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to our partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with industry-leading vendors, and contribute to the growth and success of Spark Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the processing of sales orders, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve problems and enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or procurement teams.
- Ensure product availability and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer data.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of ICT products and technologies, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with channel partners.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP Working is a Bonus
