Job Description:

Position Overview:Pitch Catalyst, where we excel in developing concise, responsive, and dynamic decks, is seeking a talented Sales Professional with 2-3 years of experience in startup sales and SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of pitching companies, driving revenue, and fostering client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming the world of presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the startup and SaaS sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in startup and SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of self-motivation, integrity, and professionalism.
