Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for building relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Negotiating terms of sale and closing deals to meet revenue goals.
Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Providing regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in field sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales for a minimum of 1 year.
Familiarity with English, Hindi, Bengali language.
