Job Description: Sales Executive

Location: Noida

Salary Range: 25,000 - 40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities in line with company targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and market trends to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling client objections.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
