We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the sales of PVC products, interior design solutions, ceramics, and sanitary ware. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in both residential and commercial sectors. You will be a key player in promoting our range of products to architects, designers, contractors, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales of PVC products, ceramics, interior design solutions, and sanitary ware in the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and individual customers, and establish strong relationships.
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking events.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients, addressing their needs and recommending the best solutions.

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market demands to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in PVC, ceramics, interior design, and sanitary ware products.

  • Sales Targets & Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team, providing insights on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Forecast future sales and set goals accordingly.

  • Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, including PVC products, tiles, sanitary ware, faucets, and interior design materials.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on new product launches, trends, and technical specifications.
  • Train clients and team members on product features, benefits, and installation procedures.

  • Negotiation & Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to secure deals that align with both client expectations and company profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Close sales deals and follow up on payments and order deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience in PVC, ceramics, interior design, or sanitary ware sectors.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of PVC products, tiles, ceramics, faucets, sanitary ware, and interior design materials.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, architects, and designers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with B2B and B2C sales in the building materials or interior design industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges.
