The company is seeking a Sales Executive in the B2B sector specifically within Building Materialsparticularly for the Switches market. This role involves managing business through project-based sales rather than retailing, and candidates must have significant experience engaging with influencers (such as architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers) and technical stakeholders (like electricians and plumbers).

Key Responsibilities :

• Project-Based Sales: Drive sales through project leads and close deals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with architects, builders, contractors, and technicians.
• Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential B2B leads within the building materials sector.
• Reporting: Directly report to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Territory Management: Maintain and grow relationships within the assigned territory.
• Revenue Management: Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to regional sales goals.

Required Experience

• Industry: Building Materials, specifically in B2B sales within Switches, Lighting, Wires, Cables, or related products.
• Role Level: Sales Executive with a minimum of 2+ years in the role.
• Reporting Structure: Reports to ASM.
• Project Experience: Proven track record of working with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
• Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of switches, electrical systems, or construction materials is advantageous.
