Sales Executive - Urgent Opening,
We are looking for a Sales Executive and team player who has the ability to multitask. He / She will be responsible to coordinate with the local team as well as team members located in the UK. In depth training shall be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work with a UK based client (Property Management).
Marketing the properties in the UK base portals.
Pursuit an email campaign for an available property stock to all the Councils / Charities.
Arrange the viewings for inquiries / referrals reserved from Councils / Portals.
Perform an eligibility / affordability check for the clients.
Closing the client and preparing an Agreement and getting both the parties sign.
Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload Required
Experience and Qualifications
Excellent Fluency in written and verbal English Must
Excellent communication skills
Excellent articulation and telephone manner
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and flexibility is essential
Takes the initiative while seeking advice and support when appropriate
Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team oriented environment.
Shift timings shall be UK shift i.e. 12:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST (During Summer).
1:30pm to 11:30pm IST (During Winters)
The candidate with 1 or 2 years of experience working in a team dealing with the international process is preferred however fresher with dynamic talent with excellent communication skills are welcomed as well.
