The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key partners. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts. Regularly visit clients to ensure product availability and satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach, including new product launches and promotional activities.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Zion Foods product range, including ingredients, production processes, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate value to customers.
Order Management: Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to manage stock levels and fulfill orders.
Promotional Activities: Plan and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the management team to forecast sales and plan inventory levels accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
Strong understanding of the ice cream market and consumer trends.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
