Responsibilities
Handle Inbound/Outbound calling for customer service.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Mutual Fund advisor , SIP's, Knowledge in finance Domain is Good to have.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualification
Education: Graduate
Minimum 6 Months experience in sales and servicing is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Should be good in convincing people
English and Hindi is mandatory.
Preferring south language along with English and Hindi.
