Job Role:

• Manage and lead a team of 12-14 Field Sales executives
• Generate and convert prospects on income products
• Coach and Build them on regular basis by accompanying them on field
• Bring more conversion and efficiency in the system
• Generate referral business and penetrate more into the existing customer base

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of Sales experience with 2-3 years of Team handling experience
• Good Communication skills
• Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis
• Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRM next
• IRDA / AMFI certification
