- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Provide personalized property options based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain professional relationships with property consultants.
- Property Presentations and Tours:
Organize property tours and effectively present property features and benefits.- Address client inquiries and concerns.
Negotiation and Sales:- Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals.
Ensure smooth sales processes, meeting both client expectations and company goals.Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors.
- Analyze market conditions and prepare reports on opportunities and challenges.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist clients with necessary documentation for property transactions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:
Prepare regular sales reports.- Track progress and evaluate performance against sales targets.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
