Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive - Real Estate
  • Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Leasing / Co-working / Serviced & Managed Office industry
  • Job Summary: A Sales Executive for Real Estate is responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective clients, driving revenue for the company through exceptional customer service and effective sales strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate leads through networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Maintain and follow up on a database of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide personalized property options based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain professional relationships with property consultants.
  • Property Presentations and Tours:
Organize property tours and effectively present property features and benefits.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns.
Negotiation and Sales:
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions to close deals.
Ensure smooth sales processes, meeting both client expectations and company goals.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors.
  • Analyze market conditions and prepare reports on opportunities and challenges.
Documentation and Compliance:
  • Assist clients with necessary documentation for property transactions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:
Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Track progress and evaluate performance against sales targets.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
