Position: Furniture Sales Specialist
Responsibilities: As a Furniture Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in our showroom, assisting customers throughout their furniture buying journey. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers into the showroom with a warm and friendly approach. Understand their needs, preferences, and budget to offer personalized furniture solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our furniture products, including materials, features, and benefits. Be prepared to educate customers and address any inquiries they may have.- Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers to showcase furniture collections and highlight promotions. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
Space Planning: Assist customers in visualizing furniture placement and room layouts to maximize the functionality and aesthetics of their spaces.
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers through effective follow-up, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with furniture industry trends, interior design concepts, and competitors offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
