Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Womeki Investors Club (WIC) located in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury homes and apartments, as well as prime commercial spaces in Delhi NCR. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work while also requiring a physical presence at our Noida location.

• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of the real estate market and trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
