Job Responsibilities:
- Representing a service-oriented company specialising in the distribution of plastic raw materials for our principal company (EQUATE & PIC)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operations team in Delhi.
- Prepare pre-allocation and month-end reports.
- Regularly meet customers and maintain monthly phone contact.
- Contribute to strategy development for allocation.
- Issue offers to customers and manage customer communications.
- Organize itineraries, schedule meetings, and ensure all visit logistics are arranged, including travel and accommodations.
- Coordinate principal visits to India and manage associated logistics.
- Identify and engage new customers in plastic product manufacturing.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Travel to various cities and abroad for customer meetings as required.
- Take a proactive approach to responsibilities.
