Sales Executive - Matrimonial Services

Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in our premium matrimonial services.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients preferences, requirements, and expectations.
  • Present our range of premium matrimonial services in a compelling and consultative manner, emphasizing the unique value proposition.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the matchmaking process, acting as a trusted advisor.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients and achieve revenue goals.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to enhance our services and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our services and address client feedback.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the premium services or matchmaking industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Knowledge of the matrimonial industry and understanding of cultural nuances is a plus.
