Key Responsibilites
Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:
- Focusing and Achieving a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Operational Plan (Sales Target).
- Responsible for achieving sales targets through secondary sales and enhancing market share through retailers.
- Provide customers with the appropriate selection and sampling of products in response to their inquiries, and provide quotations accordingly.
- Build consumer/influencer connections as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for retailers and dealers.
- Managing sales through Super Sales Software.
- Responsible for maintaining records of all sales leads and customer accounts in DMS.
- Responsible for dealing with consumer complaints effectively and upholding the company's values.
- Responsible for filling out a questionnaire in Super Sales App for each Retailer, taking feedback from retailers, and sharing relevant information with the support team at the head office.
- Responsible for daily market visits to keep an eye on market status, competitor activities, and scheme activations.
- Responsibility to handle BTL activities (Branding, Sampling and other promotional activities like Contractors Meet, Local Meets, Exhibitions etc.)
