team and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to contribute to our continued growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who will play a key role in promoting and selling

our comprehensive range of wood-based products. The ideal candidate should have a strong

background in sales, a deep understanding of construction materials, and the ability to build and

maintain lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Actively promote and sell Wallgreens products to existing and potential customers within the construction, automotive, and industrial sectors.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of Wallgreens products. Effectively communicate product specifications and advantages to customers.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
  6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, prepare and present proposals, and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner.
  7. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of customer orders.
  8. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Strong understanding of wood-based products and their applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
