The Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our open plotting projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are passionate about real estate and have a proven track record in sales, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
- Present, Promote, and Sell Open plots to prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase available plots and discuss potential deals.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Sales Process Management
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on open plotting projects.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry, preferably in open plotting.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
