Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire customers in marketplaces, apartments, and societies
• Assist customers in downloading the Zepto app and placing their first order

Process:

1. Help the customer download the app

2. Guide them through placing an order

3. Capture a screenshot of the completed order

4. Ensure successful acquisition after order delivery
