Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Scheduling: Proactively fix up meetings with potential clients, achieving a target of 3 meetings per week.
Client Interaction: Accompany a partner to meetings until proficient enough to conduct them independently within 6 months.
Cold Calling: Perform cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Sales Target: Achieve sales targets set at 4X of the salary with transparent and high incentive opportunities up to 20% based on property sales.
Client Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated with the real estate market trends and developments.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, confident speaker, and good at building relationships.
