Maintain Enquiry records & follow-up till materilsed the order. Based on Battery Failure repot by Field Engineers, contact & submit Battery Sales Offer. Participation in Tenders by providing the quotes & required documents. Daily Login of Battery Orders. Coordination with HO for Price Support & providing market information. Coordination with HO for Stock planning. Preparation & Submission of Documents for Payment collection. Ensure collection of payments against the sales made as per the PO terms. Delivery follow-up. Record sales information and maintain customersEUR(TM) records. Documentation & submission for Buy Back retrievals to vendors & payment follow-up with vendor. Maintain proper records of Buy Back disposal. Provide the highest level of customer support with every client interaction.
