Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive at Unlock Ghar Properties in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting home buyers in their property investment decisions, providing guidance on the right property choices, and ensuring a seamless home buying process.

Qualifications

  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and property market trends
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
