Key Responsibilities:

Unboxfame is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that align with our services.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
  • Manage the overall running of the sales team
  • achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans
  • Training your team member.

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various means,such as cold calling, networking, and online research.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

3. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings and addressing their needs.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

5. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and success.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our sales strategies.

7. Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
