TURAKHIA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our wide range of eyewear products to customers, while providing exceptional customer service. .
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and provide product information, recommendations, and pricing
Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth referrals
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times
Handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the eyewear industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of eyewear products and trends
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
