Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Swift Radiant. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing and IT services.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with Swift Radiant's services.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and diligent follow-up.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, project management, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and IT services.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing, IT, or tech industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
