Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Female

Job Responsibilities:


  • Identify Sales Opportunities:

    - Research and identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.

    - Develop strategies for expanding client base and increasing revenue.



  • Client Relationship Management:

    - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.



  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.

    - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.

    - Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively.



  • Achieve Sales Targets:

    - Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

    - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to hit targets.



  • Market Research:

    - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.

    - Analyze market data to determine potential clients and create a sales pipeline.



  • Collaborate with Team:

    - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    - Provide feedback from clients to help shape future product development.



  • Reporting:

    - Prepare reports on sales metrics, performance, and forecasts.

    - Keep detailed records of sales, contacts, and communications.

    Job Requirements:


    - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

    - Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

    - Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    - Ability to build productive business relationships.

    - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    - Results-driven with a strong customer focus.

    Qualifications:


    - Graduation, marketing, or a related field (Fitness Industry).

    - 2-5 years of sales experience in [ Sales and Marketing].

    Key Skills:


    - Persuasion and negotiation.

    - Customer relationship management.

    - Time management and multitasking.

    - Sales strategy and closing skill.

    Work Environment:

    - Mostly office-based.
