- Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our repair services. Your goal will be to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth for Buzzmeeh.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Buzzmeeh's repair services.- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales.
